We are delighted to announce that Hingeneering Consulting have been awarded the Structural Field Reviews for Tower A of the new high rise complex, Hat@Old Strathcona close to Whyte Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta. We will be working on behalf of the Structural Engineer on Record "Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers" to provide the structural field reviews. The project developer is Cidex Developments, based in Calgary, and the project architect is NORR Architecture.
The Hat at Old Strathcona will transform a surface level parking lot into a mixed use development that will consist of multiple residential towers, and ground level retail space.
The Hat@Old Strathcona is a new three-tower redevelopment of a surface parking lot just south of Old Strathcona, with three towers from 15 to 20 storeys, containing up to 495 residential units on commercial retail podiums.
This is an exciting news for us to cement our position in the mid and high rise engineering consulting business.
