HINGENEERING Consulting completed the structural engineering services for two single family homes in Royal Glenora Neighborhood, West Central of Edmonton, Alberta.
Engineering Design for 16 Duplexes in Castelgar, British Columbia (July 2020)
HINGENEERING Consulting carried out the structural design for 16 duplexes units with five types in Castlegar River Estates in Castlegar, British Columbia, Canada. The structural design included the concrete foundations, timber tall wall design, etc.
Site Inspection for Residential Condominium in Summer Side in Edmonton, Alberta (February 2020)
HINGENEERING Consulting carried out the structural inspection for the concrete parkade to identify building envelope issues and the concrete repairs recommendations.
Structural Inspections for Roof Trusses for Condominium Complex in Allard, Edmonton, AlbertaB
HINGENEERING Consulting carried out the roof trusses for the condominium complex located in Allard in South Edmonton. The scope covered the verification of the T-bracing of the manufactured roof trusses.
Tamarack Gardens and MacTaggart Place Condominium Buildings Site - Edmonton, Alberta (July2014)

Provided site inspection and resolved construction issues involving the timber framing, bearings and trusses

Checked on site that the joist, main beams, and bearings details conformed to the design drawings for Tamarack Gardens and MacTaggart sites

Reviewed the shop drawings for the trusses for the MacTaggart site

Performed the final inspection before occupancy for Tamarack Gardens

Designed the pile foundation and slab for an additional main floor patio at the MacTaggart site
