We are proud to be the structural engineers field reviewer on behalf of Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers in this project. A new project for our distinguished clients Cidex Developments and Norr as the project architect. A great collaboration too with New Firmus for the formworks of the concrete components.
The project is a mid rise construction of a 12 storey apartment complex that will feature 134 units, along with 5 at grade commercial spaces.
In March 2022, our structural field review started with the foundations at the parkade level P3. Below is a snap shot for the first stairs foundation pad back in March 2022
Last week, we completed the inspection of the foundation, all the column foundations and stairs and elevator cores were completed in April 2022. This week we will complete the structural review of the basement foundation walls between Parkade levels P3 and P2
We are looking forward to start the P2 level slab reinforcement shortly.
