Updated: Oct 17, 2020

If you live in Edmonton, Alberta and pass by the downtown core on a regular basis, you will remember the big hole that stayed for few years at the intersection of Jasper Avenue and 95 Street. Here are the good news, the wait is over and you can expect to see the new 24 stories high rise for both residential and retail by early next year. We are almost half way through the construction and the structural skeleton is expected to be finished by late February or March 2019.

Hingeneering is proudly carrying out the structural inspection supervision services for the HAT@Five Corners High Rise at the intersection of Jasper Avenue and 95 Street in Downtown Edmonton, Alberta. The project is composed of three underground parkades in addition to 24 stories.

In this stunning project, Hingeneering is making sure that the structural designs are implemented on site. It is a great pleasure to be involved in such huge project. The Developer is Cidex Group, the Architect is NORR Architects and the Structural Consultant is Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers

It has been a long journey since the beginning of the construction early 2018. Below is the project photos stages from the concrete pouring of the foundations started in March 2018 till now as we are preparing for concrete pouring of Level 9.
